It's all about the person who got heart problem and their stories.
I will just put some pix which has BB in it though they're old pix,and I'm sure lots of you haven't seen the pix yet!
The Lexington Legends, a minor league baseball team located in Lexington, KY, recently held a tribute and fund-raising benefit for the heroes of the September 11, 2001 tragedy in New York City. Brian attended the event and sang a couple of songs for the crowd. Shelley Clark (pictured above) met Brian during the event. Shelley helped the Brian Littrell Healthy Heart Club for Kids on numerous occasions throughout the year. She provided the club with free tickets to Legends' ballgames and helped organize fund-raisers with the proceeds benefiting the club.
Brian taught Healthy Heart Club members a few basketball fundamentals during his last visit with the club. Club members were quick studies as Brian showed them how to perform lay-up drills and shoot free-throws.
Club members presented Brian with his very own signed name badge. Brian proudly displayed his new gift to everyone saying, "This is definitely going on my wall at home."
As you can see, a day out with the Brian Littrell Healthy Heart Club for Kids can get a little rough. Not even Brian Littrell, founder of the Healthy Heart Club for Kids, could go one-on-one with Joe in a game of basketball. Look out, Joe's heading to a court near you!
Look closely and you'll find someone very special hidden within a group of the Healthy Heart Club for Kids. That's right, you've found him...Backstreet Boy Brian Littrell!
Brian showed the true shape of his heart after meeting with Kim and April during one of the "Black and Blue" concert stops. Kim, pictured right, is one of Brian's biggest fans. She is also recovering from a recent heart surgery. April, pictured left, is Kim's best friend and accompanied her to the concert.

This great picture of Brian, wearing an official Brian Littrell Healthy Heart Club for Kids T-shirt, was taken by Lisa Marquardt at a concert in Tacoma, WA. Lisa was front row center during the concert, when Brian posed for the camera during a performance of "The Shape of My Heart." I think Lisa may have a future as a photographer!
Brian and Mrs. Littrell posed for a picture during one of the Brian Littrell Healthy Heart Club for Kids club sessions. Club members were treated with hugs and autographs from their favorite Backstreet Boy, while Mrs. Littrell touched us all with words of encouragement. She also made us laugh with funny tales of a young Brian Littrell before his Backstreet Boy fame.
Most people think that Brian's greatest gift is his voice. However, what makes Brian truly shine is his love and compassion for all people. The "Brian Littrell Healthy Heart Club for Kids" is just one of the many ways Brian is changing lives for the better.
Brian dropped by to visit a session of his Healthy Heart Club for Kids. He greeted all of the club members with hugs, handshakes, and smiles. This was a club session the kids would never forget.
This is an excerpt from a letter we received from Kayla's mother. "If you are able to communicate with Brian, please let him know how much it meant to me that he was so sweet to Kayla. She said over and over again that meeting Brian was her dream come true." Kayla plans to put together her own "Healthy Heart Club" fundraiser in the future. Way to go Kayla!
Ms. Nichole Kim of Knoxville, TN and her colleg roomate Telece Marbrey got up close with Brian and the other Backstreet Boys. Nichole won the drawing for and all-expense paid trip to the Tampa concert by purchasing her Healthy Heart Club t-shirt online.
